Selling

I, Anton Grain Architectural Art agree to abide by the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

This legislation protects the consumer when buying over the internet or by mail order and applies to all member states of the EU.

I, Anton Grain Architectural Art will endeavour to post items purchased within ten (10) working days of receiving payment unless otherwise clearly stated on the product description OR if the buyer’s identity and / or address cannot be authenticated.

Buying

The Buyer must pay for items purchased by the Buyer, unless I, Anton Grain Architectural Art have made a clear typographical error.

The Buyer alone is liable for paying if Buyer commits to purchase an item.

Returns Policy

By using my, Anton Grain Architectural Art's website I, Anton Grain Architectural Art agree that the Buyer has a right to terminate the contract and return the item even if the item is not faulty in any way (this is the consumer's right in UK law). Buyers have the right to do this up to 14 days after receipt of the items and a full refund including the cost of the outgoing postage must be made within 14 days of me, Anton Grain Architectural Art receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of the Buyer providing evidence that the item(s) have been returned (e.g. proof of postage), whichever is sooner.

Unless I, Anton Grain Architectural Art have stated otherwise, the Buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of return postage.

Any personalised items sold are not eligible for return.

Cancelling a transaction.

The Buyer must inform Seller, Anton Grain Architectural Art if they wish to cancel the order and they must do this in writing (email is sufficient). Sellers must provide a full refund of the cost of the item and any postage costs within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of the Buyer providing evidence that the item(s) have been returned (e.g. proof of postage), whichever is sooner. If the goods have not yet been sent, refunds must be provided within 14 days of receipt of the notification of cancellation.

Lost items.

If the item is lost in transit then, unless proven otherwise, I, Anton Grain Architectural Art shall assume the contract is terminated and provide a refund or deliver the same item.

Important:

International sales may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

Privacy

I, Anton Grain Architectural Art am the data-controller of Buyer's personal information as it relates to the online shop of the website antongrain.com.

When you place an order from me, Anton Grain Architectural Art, I will receive Buyer's name, delivery address and email address from Wix, Stripe or PayPal, depending on which payment service the Buyer chose at checkout.

I, Anton Grain Architectural Art will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries Buyer has related to that order.

If Buyer sends me, Anton Grain Architectural Art a message using the contact button on Anton Grain Architectural Art website, Anton Grain Architectural Art will receive Buyer's username and email address.

The only circumstances in which I, Anton Grain Architectural Art will share Buyer's data are in processing the order or complying with the law. I, Anton Grain Architectural Art will never use or pass on Buyer's information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add Buyer to any mailing list without Buyer's explicit consent. The circumstances in which I, Anton Grain Architectural Art may share Buyer's data are:

• With Wix, Stripe or PayPal to comply with my obligations.

• With delivery companies to fulfil the order.

• To comply with legal or tax obligations.

I, Anton Grain Architectural Art will only retain Buyer's details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and will securely store any data collected during that period. Personal data related to orders or customer queries is retained for six years.

After this time I, Anton Grain Architectural Art will delete Buyer's data from records.

You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

We are both, me the seller, Anton Grain Architectural Art, and you the Buyer, covered by the distance selling regulations.
